Under Marc Galvagno’s leadership and with keen focus on doing things with integrity, heart, and precision, Air Van continues to earn employee loyalty, customer satisfaction, and financial success as an innovator in the transportation industry. As president of AVL, Marc oversees human resources, shared services, business development, marketing and public relations, information technology, and supplier management.

Among his proudest accomplishments to date include innovating new service delivery channels, such as the American Pacific division of North American International, the Network Services Group, and the Move Management Group. These divisions generate meaningful results for valued clients, revenues for the company, and outstanding job opportunities for employees.

Employees and clients describe Marc as disciplined, connected, and creative. He welcomes the everyday challenges and opportunities to interact with a wide variety of people from both inside and beyond the company. Working closely with his family in the business brings Marc both career and personal satisfaction.

Marc is currently president of the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council. He serves on the board of directors of the North American Movers Association and is the leader of their Sales & Marketing Committee. Marc is a member of the Executive Golf Committee for the American Cancer Society's 2007 ACS Washington Invitational as well as a member of Providence Health Systems O'Trees Executive Leadership Team. Additionally, he serves on the board of trustees of the University of Washington Alumni Association where he is actively involved in raising scholarship monies for local area students to attend the UW.

Marc earned a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington and graduated from the American Moving & Storage Association’s Management Leadership Program. He is a certified moving consultant (CMC), relocation professional (CRP), and registered international mover (RIM-C).
